I am deeply honored to have been appointed as an Attaché at the European External Action Service for the EU Delegation to the Republic of Moldova.
Over the past months the Ukraine Crisis has put the security Moldova in the spotlight. Amid increasing conflict spillover, serious concerns are raised on Moldova’s resilience, in particular in the face of hybrid and cyber attacks, mass migration, energy security and the “frozen conflict” in Transnistria. These vulnerabilities represent a further challenge to peace and security in the region.
Having previously worked at NATO on NATO-EU relations, scenario development and civil-military resilience, I am glad to provide my expertise on security & defense at the Delegation’s Political, Press and Information (PPI) Section by analysing, monitoring and reporting on the overall situation and developments in Moldova, including at regional level and in political relations with the EU and Member States.
Looking forward to the next period.
